# Terms of Service Welcome to The Shred Shack. Before making a booking, please review our terms carefully: ## Booking and Payments - Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment and the completed rental agreement. - Payment details, fees, taxes, and deposit requirements are specified in the booking confirmation. - Cancellations or changes must be requested in writing. Specific refund eligibility will be confirmed by the host. ## Check-In/Out - Check-in time: 4:00 PM - Check-out time: 10:00 AM - Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and an additional fee. ## Occupancy and House Rules - Maximum occupancy: 7 guests. - No unauthorized parties, events, or additional guests. - House rules include quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no smoking or vaping inside. ## Pets and Damages - Pets are welcome with prior notice and a pet fee. Guests are responsible for pet-related damages. - Guests must clean up after pets to maintain the property. ## Liability and Risk - Guests assume responsibility for their safety during their stay and any damage or loss of property. - Host disclaims liability for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises. ## Legal Compliance - This Agreement is governed by Arkansas law. - Any disputes will be resolved in Benton, AR. ## Acceptance By booking, guests acknowledge they have read and agree to these terms.
