“Perfection! The home is cozy and well kept. We felt right at home cooking meals and curling up on the oversized sofa. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and cleaning materials are handy. Hosts were super quick and responsive helping us with an earlier check in and had local recommendations. Fire pit was great for making family s'mores. Fun activities for kids and adults alike. Easy on trail access. Will definitely be back to stay here on our next visit.”

“Highly recommend!! House was beautiful, extremely clean, well supplied and a great location. We had 2 families, total of 8 people, with plenty of space. Adults took the upstairs and kids enjoyed the downstairs. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen well stocked. Only a few minutes from town, free museums, and many outdoor hiking areas close by, we found so much to do. Can't wait to go back!”

“First of all: Host were wonderful. We had a TV issue and the fixed it within a couple hours with installing a new one. Great response time! The outside does NOT tell the story of this home. It looked small at first glance BUT it was very roomy on the first floor and basement was like going to another home! All it needed down there was a kitchenette. Beds were wonderful. Very CLEAN. Location was great! Very peaceful location. Walking and biking trails right from the back yard. Can't say enough good about this place. Would be great for a large young family or a few good friends getting together.”

“Love this place! Location is so relaxing, yet close enough to everything you can possibly need or want. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mature woods making coffee on the back deck perfectly serene. The interior has been recently updated which provides an upscale cozy experience. There is a private access path from the house connecting to the Back 40 trail system, which is ideal if you hike or bike. In the front area, you will find a dedicated lockable bike storage with electrical outlets for charging e-bikes or powering the radio while you tune your bikes under the covered work area. Lastly, the host was exceptional. Communication was very timely and accurate, especially as I had to modify my trip just prior to arriving. This will absolutely be my first choice for any Bentonville/Bella Vista trip, whether I am going solo, with the family or traveling with the MTB ride crew.”
