Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Rental agreement signing may be handled by a third-party provider (e.g., DocuSign or Dropbox Sign); their privacy policies apply to that process.

How we use it

We use your information to process booking requests, send rental agreements, process payments, send confirmations and check-in instructions, and respond to inquiries. We may send occasional updates about The Shred Shack if you have booked or inquired.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only as needed with payment processors (Stripe), email services (Resend), and agreement-signing providers to complete your booking.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Passwords and payment details are handled by secure, compliant services.
