Back 40 Trail System
Nearly 40 miles of purpose-built MTB singletrack through ridges, rock bluffs, limestone gardens, creek crossings, and a legendary hanging bridge — accessible directly from the Shred Shack backyard. Loops for all skill levels; Class 1 e-bikes permitted. Open 5am–10pm daily.

A flowing 6.3-mile loop skirting cliff sides with caves, waterfalls, and springs. Highlights include a 30-foot bridge dropping from a rock shelf near Blowing Springs Cave. Connects south to Slaughter Pen and downtown Bentonville via the Razorback Greenway.

40+ miles running under bluffs along Sugar Creek with switchbacks, berms, drops, and jumps. Features a waterfall on Tanyard Creek and lake views throughout. Intermediate to advanced terrain with some beginner-friendly sections.

30+ miles from flowy jump lines to chunky tech, anchored by "The Castle" — a stone-and-iron hub funneling riders into multiple downhill lines for rip-and-repeat laps. An IMBA Silver Level Ride Center a short pedal from downtown Bentonville.

300 acres and 20 miles west of downtown — from beginner flow to massive gap jumps, anchored by "The Hub," a 20-foot steel-and-wood launch structure at the summit. Home to Airship Coffee (bike/hike-in only), a campground, and art installations throughout.

Opening summer 2026: NW Arkansas’ first chairlift-served mountain bike park, located between Bella Vista and Bentonville. Planned features include 20+ miles of gravity trails built by Gravity Logic, a high-speed quad lift, rentals/retail, restaurant & beer garden, event space, a dedicated hiking loop, and large-scale art installations.
